Just 15 minutes from Disney, a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that will sleep 6/8 people and is furnished to a very high standard.  Full air conditioning and heating, and with a larger than average pool, this makes for a holiday gem.  The property is situated at the end of a cul de sac, so it is particularly good for children.  There are numerous golf courses nearby.

There are FREE local, long distance and international phone calls.   The villa also has wireless broadband for your laptop.

Our local management agent is on hand to answer any queries and to make sure everything is working properly.  They also offer cheap tickets to the major attractions.

We have furnished our home better than a normal rental house because we love it.  We hope you have as much fun here as we do.

Location

The house is in Woodridge Estate, a quiet neighbourhood of similar homes which are used as private residences and holiday lets.  At the entrance to the estate there is a big Winn-Dixie supermarket - (get some of their Starbucks Coffee and Choc Ice Cream!!) a Pizza delivery store and a Dry Cleaners.  Less than a mile away is a giant Wal-Mart that sells everything at incredibly low prices.  Just past Winn-Dixie is a farm selling the greatest freshly squeezed orange juice you will ever have.

Woodridge is on Highway 27, 1 mile from the 192 that goes straight to the Disney World entrance.  This road has every kind of restaurant you could hope for - and all really children friendly.

The Pool Area 

 The well maintained heated pool is accessed through a large picture window in the main living area.  There is seating around the pool.

 Beyond this is a kids play area and our own orange tree.

 The Living Room

 The main living area is equipped with TV, Radio, DVD, and VCR.  The television receives more than 120 digital quality channels, including MTV, Disney etc.  An electronic programme guide steers you through the selection.  A separate Hi Fi provides for FM/AM radio, CD and cassette.

 The Kitchen

 The equipment includes electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric can opener, a giant fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar.   There is a large washing machine and spin dryer in the garage.

 Dining Room

 There is a separate dining area with dining table that will seat 8.

 Bedrooms 

 The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom.  There is a clock radio alarm and a TV that will receive over 70 digital channels.  There is also a huge walk in clothes closet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 twin beds in each that can be put together to make doubles.  Both rooms have large built in clothes cupboards. 

 Between these 2 bedrooms is bathroom 2.

 In addition, there is a Queen size sofa bed in the main living room.

 All the pillows and bed coverings are non allergic

 Garage

 The garage is a large double with electrically operated door.

Our Wobbly Bird

Our Wobbly bird does not need feeding and is always well behaved, but......... sometimes he just wiggles with happiness.  I do not know why!
