These are the rates for the house per week.  Please ask us for a quote if you want a different length of stay.

There is a cleaning surcharge of £55/US$90 or stays of less than a week.

Pool heating costs an additional £60 / US$110 per week.

There is a £150/US$240 per week non refundable deposit on booking, and the balance must be paid at least 10 weeks before departure. 

We also require a £200/US$350 security deposit with the final payment.  This will be refunded following our management company's inspection, subject to no breakages, damage or losses.  (That should help with the credit card bills!)
